Refund Policy

BONANZA wants customers to check every wig carefully before wearing, cutting, washing, dyeing, or styling. Please contact us before sending any return so we can review your order and provide the correct next steps.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be clean, unused, unaltered, and in returnable condition.

Return Eligibility

  • The wig has not been worn.
  • The lace has not been cut, tinted, bleached, or damaged.
  • The hair has not been washed, dyed, heat-styled, scented, or altered.
  • The product is returned with original packaging and accessories when applicable.
  • The return request includes the order number and the email used at checkout.

Items That May Not Qualify

For hygiene and product integrity, used, altered, damaged, or customized wigs may not qualify for return or refund. Color differences caused by screen display, lighting, flash, or normal texture shrinkage should be reviewed before the item is used.

How to Request a Return

Email owen@bonaze.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the wig, lace, cap, packaging, and any issue you want us to review.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Before Customizing

If anything looks incorrect after delivery, contact us before cutting lace, bleaching knots, tinting lace, washing, dyeing, or heat styling. This helps protect your return eligibility.
