We want every BONANZA customer to understand shipping, order handling, and return expectations before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation. Processing and preparation depend on product availability and order specifications, and are not included in the 5-7 business day transit estimate after dispatch. Custom orders have a separately confirmed production timeline; review the Shipping Policy or contact us before ordering.

Shipping From China

BONANZA ships human hair wigs from our China warehouse to customers worldwide. We work with tracked international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other available express services depending on destination and service availability.

Free Shipping on $99+

Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard international shipping. Orders below $99 USD may show a shipping fee at checkout based on destination and available carrier options. If a special shipping method or remote-area surcharge applies, the checkout page will show the available options before payment.

Estimated Delivery

United States - Natural Black Short Curly Bob: Estimated carrier transit time is 5-7 business days after dispatch. Order processing and preparation are additional and are not included in this transit estimate. This estimate applies to this standard style, not custom or made-to-order wigs. It is not a guaranteed delivery date; address verification, customs, remote-area service, holidays and carrier delays may extend it. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific arrival date. For other products and destinations, review the Shipping Policy.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

30-Day Return Guidance

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for an eligible return. Factory-pre-cut lace does not affect return eligibility. Keep the wig unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered in its original supplied condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories. Do not cut uncut lace or further trim factory-pre-cut lace. Opening the packaging solely to inspect the item does not by itself prevent a return; all other conditions still apply. This is not a wear-and-return trial. All other conditions and exceptions in the Refund Policy remain unchanged.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

For hygiene and product integrity, wigs that have been worn, washed, cut after delivery, dyed, bleached, lace-tinted, heat-styled, scented, damaged by the customer, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. Factory-pre-cut lace is not customer alteration. Damaged-on-arrival, defective or incorrect items are reviewed separately under the Refund Policy.

Before You Wear or Customize

• Check the lace area, length, color, texture, and cap condition when the package arrives.
• Do not cut lace, bleach knots, tint lace, wash, dye, or heat style the wig until you are sure it is the correct product.
• HD lace is thin and delicate. Handle gently and avoid pulling the lace edge.
• If there is an issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos before using the wig.

Human Hair Wig Notes

Human hair wigs are delicate beauty products. Lace area, hair color, curl pattern, and length should be checked before use. Wavy and curly textures may appear shorter than straight hair because of natural shrinkage.

Color and Screen Difference

Hair color can look different under indoor lighting, sunlight, flash, and different screens. Natural black / 1B, 613 blonde, 1B/27 highlights, honey brown, piano color, and ombre shades may show slight visual differences depending on lighting.
