We want every BONANZA customer to understand shipping, order handling, and return expectations before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment confirmation. Most ready-to-wear orders are prepared within 2 business days. Processing time may vary by product length, texture, lace type, stock availability, order verification, and current order volume.

Shipping From China

BONANZA ships human hair wigs from our China warehouse to customers worldwide. We work with tracked international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other available express services depending on destination and service availability.

Free Shipping Over $99

Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard international shipping. Orders below $99 USD may show a shipping fee at checkout based on destination and available carrier options. If a special shipping method or remote-area surcharge applies, the checkout page will show the available options before payment.

Estimated Delivery

For destinations covered by our current tracked express policy, total estimated delivery is 7-9 business days: 2 business days for handling and 5-7 business days for transit. Other destinations may vary based on carrier service, customs clearance, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

30-Day Return Guidance

BONANZA provides a 30-day return window for eligible items. To be eligible, the wig should be clean, unused, unaltered, and in returnable condition. Please contact us before sending any return so we can review the order and provide the next steps.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

For hygiene and product integrity, wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, bleached, lace-tinted, heat-styled, scented, damaged, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Before You Wear or Customize

  • Check the lace area, length, color, texture, and cap condition when the package arrives.
  • Do not cut lace, bleach knots, tint lace, wash, dye, or heat style the wig until you are sure it is the correct product.
  • HD lace is thin and delicate. Handle gently and avoid pulling the lace edge.
  • If there is an issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos before using the wig.

Human Hair Wig Notes

Human hair wigs are delicate beauty products. Lace area, hair color, curl pattern, and length should be checked before use. Wavy and curly textures may appear shorter than straight hair because of natural shrinkage.

Color and Screen Difference

Hair color can look different under indoor lighting, sunlight, flash, and different screens. Natural black / 1B, 613 blonde, 1B/27 highlights, honey brown, piano color, and ombre shades may show slight visual differences depending on lighting.
