Shipping Origin

BONANZA orders are shipped from our warehouse in China to the destinations available at checkout.

Free Shipping Threshold

Free tracked shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD $99 or more. For orders below USD $99, the available shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Carriers and Transit Time

We typically use DHL, UPS or TNT for international delivery. Estimated carrier transit time after dispatch is 5-7 business days for most destinations. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, remote-area service, weather and peak periods can extend delivery time.

Processing and Dispatch

Processing time depends on product availability and the specifications of the order. Tracking information is provided after the parcel is dispatched. If you need the order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the current schedule. Made-to-order wigs have a separate production timeline that is confirmed before production begins.

Delivery Address

Please check the recipient name, street address, postal code and phone number before submitting the order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
