Is the lace already cut?
Yes. This standard bob ships with factory-pre-cut lace and does not require customer lace trimming before wearing. Inspect the wig and read the Refund Policy before wearing or altering it.
Will the adjustable cap fit me?
The cap is adjustable, but adjustable does not mean every head size will fit. Measure your head and contact us to confirm the current cap range and fit details for your selected Lace Type before ordering if fit is a concern.
Can I request a different lace area, density or weight?
Yes. Requests for lace areas other than the listed 5*5HD and 13*4HD options, or for different density or weight, go beyond the listed variants. Request these changes before ordering and wait for confirmation of the specification, price and lead time. Custom changes are not automatically included in this standard bob's price.
When will this bob arrive in the United States?
Estimated carrier transit time for this standard bob is 5-7 business days after dispatch. Order processing and preparation are additional and are not included in this transit estimate. Can I return a factory-pre-cut wig?
Factory-pre-cut lace does not affect return eligibility. Keep the wig unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered in its original supplied condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories. Do not cut uncut lace or further trim factory-pre-cut lace. Opening the packaging solely to inspect the item does not by itself prevent a return; all other conditions still apply. This is not a wear-and-return trial. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the original packaging, tags, accessories and all other conditions in the Refund Policy. Contact us if the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Care
Refresh the curls with water and a light leave-in conditioner. Detangle gently with your fingers, avoid heavy product at the roots, and store the wig on a stand to help preserve the bob shape.

The hair in all BONANZA wigs is 100% human hair. If verification confirms that the hair in a wig is not 100% human hair, we will refund the amount actually paid for the affected wig and pay additional compensation equal to 3 times that amount — 4 times in total.
