By visiting bonaze.com, placing an order, or contacting BONANZA, you agree to the terms below. These terms are intended to make ordering, payment, shipping, returns, and product expectations clear.

Products

BONANZA sells human hair wigs, lace front wigs, glueless wigs, bob wigs, highlighted wigs, and related styles. Product images, color names, length, lace area, texture, and descriptions are provided to help customers choose correctly before checkout.

Color, Texture, and Length

Hair color may appear different under indoor lighting, sunlight, flash, and different screens. Curly, water wave, and deep wave textures may appear shorter than straight hair at the same listed length because of texture shrinkage.

Orders and Payment

Payment is required before order processing. Orders are processed through Shopify checkout and available payment methods are shown at checkout. BONANZA does not ask customers to send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes by email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary by product availability, destination, carrier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.

Returns

Return eligibility is subject to the Refund Policy. Please inspect the wig before cutting lace, washing, dyeing, bleaching knots, tinting lace, or heat styling.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate checkout, shipping, and contact information.
• Review product title, images, color, length, texture, lace area, and cap details before purchase.
• Contact us promptly if there is an order issue.
• Use and care for wigs gently, especially HD lace and pre-cut lace styles.
